我是6.0.2，试过可以：在OFC官网上下安装包，在dot-net-library\written-by-xiao-yifang\ofcWebTest下有open-flash-chart-SimplifiedChinese.swf，用它替换web client的 addons\view_graph\static下的open-flash-chart.swf,就OK了
