Yes, 重复and 循环 together is a bit awkard. Good suggestions of digitalsatori. But, I don't know. Basically subscription is now equated with recurring entry. Subscription seem to be a bit more than the recurring entry, it also states the duration and the frequency of the recurring entry. So that is why I suggested the less than ideal "期" . Perhaps a better idea would be to call it a batch or series. What about “系列“？

Also, now the term "凭证“ is introduced. I know it is used in Chinese accounting software to indicate the basic record of a transaction, but it might be confusing here. In OpenERP the basic transaction is the journal entry for which the term (日记帐）分录 is suggested. 分录 is understood to be a complete journal entry not just a line. I tend to think that the concept of 凭证 doesn't lend itself very well for an international system as OpenERP. I would steer away from it, and not use it at all (or only in the original sense of voucher).

So building on digitalsatori's suggestions I would propose the following:

Subscription 循环分录系列
Subscription Entries 循环分录系列
Running Subscriptions 执行中的循环分录系列
New Subscription 新建循环分录系列
Subscription Lines 系列分录

What does everybody think?

For "subscription" perhaps "重复循环期“ is better? As 循环期 can be interpreted as the duration of one cycle only.

Sorry for being absent some time. Good to see that everybody is contributing.
I also did my share and completed https://translations.launchpad.net/openobject-server/trunk/+pots/base/zh_CN/ . It was a rough experience because there were lots of terms that came from other modules for some reason. Only yesterday this was corrected by Tiny (base had 1960 terms or so and now has 1431). Please check the translation.
Working on module account as we speak.

In the mean time I have been updating the wiki.shine-it.net/index.php?title=Open_ERP_Chinese_Glossary#A-Z (thanks digitalsatori for correcting some mistakes) on this site.
I would encourage all of you to look critically and contribute to this glossary. To get a good translation of OpenERP it is important that we use the
same translations for key concepts and difficult-to-translate words throughout. The glossary is intended for that.
Translating of Open ERP is a bit frustrating because the English used in the software is not always so good and not so standard (especially module mrp is hell!), so I feel in the Chinese translation we should improve on that. Rather than literally translating the terms Tiny uses, we need a very clear understanding of the underlying concepts to make good translations. For example a term I am struggling with now is "subscriptions", translated mostly by "订阅“. But it has little to do with ”订阅“. I think it refers to a period you can define to automatically handle recurring entries. So perhaps “循环分录期”　would be better? This is one example only. So please while translating, anytime you hit a key concept or a difficult to translate word (for example week number, it is not a key concept but a bit difficult to translate, well for me that is) take the effort to update the glossary. In that way I think we can get a nice consistent, professional interface.

First of all let me thank digitalsatori for his kind introductory words and for all his efforts to keep this nice platform running, promote OpenERP and Open Source software in China.
I am a Dutch national who has been living in China for more than 15 years already and am enjoying it very much. I speak, read and to a lesser extent write Chinese. Although my command of the language is not perfect (it is a difficult language for a foreigner) I think I can make a contribution to the effort of translating the interface as I am usually able to spot translations that are not quite right. I would like to thank whoever was responsible to commission code.google.com/p/openerp-community-addons/downloads/list which was a big effort indeed. Although the quality of the latest version is reasonable we need to put it on translations.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/trunk/+lang/zh_CN so that it is available to everybody and weed through it as there are still quite some mistakes. Part of the mistakes are due to the fact that the original English is often not so clear. OpenERP has been written mostly by French speaking Belgians and their command of English is not perfect. Another part of the mistakes probably came about because the translators do not fully understand the software so they don't know the context very well.
Fortunately, the Launchpad Translations platform offers a very convenient way to contribute to a better translation and a good translation is absolutely crucial for acceptance of the system in China. I would like to invite everybody to start making their contribution after perhaps discussing terms right here.
